These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Trustys platform located at:
Trustys is operated by Gould Ventures, LLC.
By accessing or using Trustys, you agree to these Terms.
1. Description of the Platform
Trustys is a platform designed to help contractors and homeowners manage service relationships and maintain transparent records of service interactions tied to residential properties.
Trustys allows contractors to:
- record service interactions
- maintain service history associated with a property
- submit ratings and reviews related to service experiences
The platform is intended to promote transparency and accountability in contractor-homeowner relationships.
2. Account Registration
Users may create accounts as:
- homeowners
- contractors
- service businesses
Trustys uses phone-number-based authentication to verify accounts.
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts.
3. Contractor Ratings and Reviews
Contractors may submit reviews and ratings related to service interactions with homeowners and properties.
Ratings may be associated with:
- the property address
- the homeowner connected to that property
Trustys may retain these records to preserve the integrity of the platform.
Trustys reserves the right to remove content that violates these Terms.
4. Acceptable Use
Users agree not to:
- submit fraudulent information
- impersonate another individual or business
- manipulate ratings or reviews
- scrape or extract platform data
- reverse engineer the platform
- interfere with the platform’s operation
- engage in harassment or abusive behavior
Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or termination.
5. SMS Communications
By creating an account, users agree to receive SMS communications from Trustys related to:
- login authentication
- account security
- service notifications
Example message:
“Your Trustys verification code is 123456.”
Message and data rates may apply.
Users may reply:
- STOP – to unsubscribe where applicable
- HELP – for assistance
Trustys does not send marketing SMS messages without user consent.
6. Future Payment Features
Trustys may introduce features that allow contractors and homeowners to facilitate payments through the platform.
If implemented, additional terms may apply.
7. Platform Availability
Trustys is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.
We do not guarantee:
- uninterrupted access
- error-free operation
- continuous platform availability
Maintenance or technical issues may temporarily interrupt service.
8. Limitation of Liability
Trustys is a technology platform and does not guarantee the quality of contractors or services performed.
Trustys is not responsible for:
- disputes between contractors and homeowners
- service quality
- damages arising from contractor work
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trustys and Gould Ventures, LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use.
9. Account Suspension and Termination
Trustys reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:
- fraud
- harassment
- misuse of the platform
- manipulation of ratings
- illegal activity
- violations of these Terms
10. Intellectual Property
All content, software, branding, and design elements associated with Trustys are the property of Gould Ventures, LLC.
Users may not copy, distribute, or reproduce Trustys intellectual property without permission.
11. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
Any dispute arising from use of Trustys shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
Arbitration shall take place in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
Users waive the right to participate in class actions or class arbitration.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles.
13. Changes to These Terms
Trustys may update these Terms periodically.

Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
